About Our Partner

Jonathan St. Hilaire entered the veterinary industry through an unconventional path that began in technology and entrepreneurship. Before co-founding PetVerity Partners, he built his career as a Senior Software Engineer working on large insurance platforms used by enterprise clients. His work focused on systems design, automation, and operational reliability at scale, skills that translate directly to the infrastructure required for a growing veterinary platform.

Alongside his engineering career, Jonathan launched and scaled multiple ventures, including an AI product that reached five-figure monthly recurring revenue within three months. Through these projects he developed a deep understanding of building lean, efficient systems, leading cross-functional teams, and creating processes that support rapid but sustainable growth. He also built strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, and private equity style analysis for lower middle market service businesses, which shaped his approach to evaluating veterinary acquisitions.

As Jonathan learned more about the veterinary landscape, he saw a consistent pattern across the country. Many hospitals were facing corporate pressure, reduced autonomy, and limited support, which often led to declining morale and cultural erosion. He believed the industry needed an alternative built on partnership, transparency, and integrity. This conviction led to the formation of PetVerity Partners alongside leaders who shared the same values and long-term vision for veterinary medicine.

Today, Jonathan serves as CEO and oversees the strategic, operational, and technological direction of the company. He is committed to building a platform that strengthens hospital teams, elevates medical quality, and supports veterinarians and staff through thoughtful leadership and reliable systems.

As CEO, Jonathan’s key roles and contributions include:

  • Strategic leadership and development of company vision
  • Financial modeling, valuation, and private equity style acquisition analysis
  • Design of technology, automation, and AI driven infrastructure
  • Oversight of systems for communication, deal flow, and internal operations
  • Platform architecture and long-term growth strategy
  • Brand development and digital presence for PetVerity
